Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to an accessible website and how to report a barrier.

Effective date: October 5, 2026

  1. 01Our commitment

Tapanes Law, P.A. (“Tapanes Law”) is committed to making https://tapaneslaw.com/ accessible to people with disabilities. Our accessibility goal is to help visitors access information about our legal services and contact our firm.

  2. 02Accessibility standard

Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines address accessibility for people with a range of visual, hearing, mobility, speech, and cognitive disabilities.

This target describes our accessibility goal, not a claim that every part of the website meets the standard.

  3. 03Website accessibility

Our website provides information about our legal services and an inquiry form. The form collects first and last name, email address, legal matter type, an optional phone number, and a brief message. It also requires a privacy acknowledgment and consent to inquiry responses.

  4. 04Third-party content

The website links to Google Maps for directions. Because this service is provided by a third party, Tapanes Law does not control all aspects of its accessibility.

Our office address is also provided as text in the “Contact us” section below. If you encounter difficulty using the map, inquiry form, or other website content, please contact us by email or phone.

  5. 05Report an accessibility barrier

Please let us know if you have difficulty accessing information or using a feature on our website. To help us understand the issue, you may include the page URL or feature involved; a description of the barrier you encountered; your browser, device, or assistive technology, if relevant and you choose to share it; and the format or contact method that would help you access the information.

You do not need to provide details about a disability to describe a website accessibility issue. Please do not include confidential legal information in an accessibility report. Contacting the firm does not establish an attorney-client relationship; confidential information should not be submitted before a relationship is established in writing.
